Royal Flush Ranch ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website royalflushranch.com (the "Site") and the Hermes personal AI assistant ("Hermes"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit the Site or use Hermes.
Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account or submit personal information to use the Site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected in server logs for security and operational purposes.
If you contact us directly, for example by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to operate and maintain the Site, respond to inquiries, monitor for security issues, and understand general usage of the Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Hermes and Google User Data
Hermes is an internal AI assistant used by Royal Flush Ranch and its team members. When a user connects Hermes to their Google account, Hermes may access the following Google user data, with the user's permission:
- Basic profile information (name and email address), to identify the connected account.
- Gmail messages and labels, to read, search, summarize, draft, send and organize email at the user's request.
- Google Calendar events, to view availability and create or update events at the user's request.
- Google Drive, Docs and Sheets files, to find, read, create and update files at the user's request.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of Hermes for the user who connected their account. To complete a request, the relevant content is sent to the AI model provider that powers Hermes for processing, under terms that do not allow it to use that content for training.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide Hermes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users. No person reads Google user data unless the user gives permission, it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or it is required by law.
Access tokens are stored securely, and content retrieved from Google is kept only as long as needed to complete the user's request. Users can revoke Hermes's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can ask us to delete their data by contacting us at the address below.
Hermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
The Site does not currently use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the Site.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our web hosting provider), or when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
