Hermes
A personal AI assistant by Royal Flush Ranch
Hermes is a personal AI assistant operated by Royal Flush Ranch. It helps the members of the Royal Flush Ranch team handle everyday email, calendar and document work in their own Google Workspace accounts. You tell Hermes what you need in plain language, and it carries out the task on your behalf.
Hermes is an internal tool. It is used only by Royal Flush Ranch and its team members, and it is not offered to the general public.
What Hermes does
Email (Gmail)
Reads and searches your messages to answer questions and summarize threads, drafts replies for your review, sends email when you ask it to, and organizes your inbox with labels.
Calendar (Google Calendar)
Checks your availability, lists upcoming events, and creates or updates events and reminders when you ask it to.
Documents and files (Google Drive, Docs and Sheets)
Finds and reads your files to answer questions about them, and creates or updates documents and spreadsheets, such as notes, reports and lists, when you ask it to.
Hermes acts only in response to a request from you. It does not send email, change your calendar or edit your files on its own.
Why Hermes requests access to your Google data
When you connect Hermes to your Google account, Google asks you to approve the access listed below. Each permission is used only to provide the feature described next to it.

How your Google data is handled
- Used only to do what you ask. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the features described on this page for the person who connected their account.
- Never sold. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Not used to train AI models. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. To complete a request, the relevant content is sent to the AI model provider that powers Hermes for processing, under terms that do not allow it to use that content for training.
- Not shared. We do not transfer Google user data to anyone else, except as needed to provide Hermes, to comply with the law, or to protect against abuse.
- Not read by people. No person reads your Google data unless you give permission, it is needed for security purposes or to comply with the law.
- Stored securely and briefly. Access tokens are stored securely. Content retrieved from your account is kept only as long as needed to complete your request.
- You can disconnect at any time. Remove Hermes's access from your Google Account's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to delete your data using the contact details below.
Hermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
